Plant Maintenance Add On is developed for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – an Integrated Business Solution, to meet the needs of Manufacturing and Engineering Enterprises to handle the maintenance related functions and activities for Statistical Analysis.

Plant maintenance Add on provides interface to create Machine cards, Specifications, Maintenance Schedules and to register the movement of machines and equipment in and out of the Company premises. Job cards are generated automatically based on the maintenance schedules in case of preventive maintenance and on registering a complaint in case of Breakdown maintenance. The spares and resources consumed against the Job card can be posted. This module is integrated with the existing Inventory module and the Resource granule.

The system supports Statistical Analysis of the Breakdown and Preventive maintenance performed on machines and their respective costs, through which inferences can be drawn relating to the periodicity and breakdown characteristics, which help the maintenance in-charge to prepare the budgets, forecast the spares, evaluate the efficiency and study of economic viability of continuing with the machine or dispose the machine.
